BT 1171B – Dodge Intercooler

The BT 1171B all aluminum charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for 2003 – 2009 Dodge Ram Pickup Trucks with a Diesel engine and 2008 Dodge Ram 5500 Pickup Trucks with a Diesel engine. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 27.625 inches from header to header, 24.68 inches from side to side, and 2.12 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core to provide the strongest possible bond and has a 3 inch inlet and outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
